Brookline Books has been publishing reader-friendly and informative educational literature for over 20 years. It all started when founder, Milton Budoff, left his career in educational research to produce books that other publishers weren't touching-- namely academic material that spoke to a broad readership. Over the years, Milt has made it his mission to find innovative authors who want to reach both a specialized and non-specialized audience. The result has been a diverse collection of books that are sometimes off-the-beaten path, sometimes controversial, sometimes cutting edge--but ALWAYS high quality.
